Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.

📌 Other things to note
- Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.
- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill.
- There is ongoing construction on the ground floor of this building, which may cause moderate noise during working hours.

Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.

I love everything about this property , stayed for a week and it was a wonderful location , loved the comfortable bed , lovely gym and relaxing pool . The amenities at this property are amazing . Checkin was easy and I had the host waiting for me upon my arrival . Would definitely stay again .

The condo was great for a weekend stay. The amenities were modern and the location is close to many great restaurants. The condo was in great condition and everything was very clean. The concierge service was appreciated as well!

Staff professional and efficient. The room was perfect everything seemed brand new. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything I wanted to see. An amazing pool with incredible views of the sunsets! And a great Gym. What more could you need.

great place!!

Although it's a studio, it seemed like much more with the divider between the bedroom and the common area. It's on a busy street. But, the windows are good to keep out the noise. The balcony is great for people-watching!!! The gym is two doors down, so very convenient.
