Great stay!Spacious balcony. Gorgeous view, including 2 whales one morning (!) with nice breeze and shade (faces North). It's furnished really nicely, with very comfortable chairs for morning coffee, etc., a table seating 6 for two small gatherings of friends, and some bar stools that we didn't use, but were a nice touch with kitchen windows that open to the outside. Sometimes there were minor issues with cigarette smoke from other balconies, but not the fault of the unit.VERY clean. Note that the bedding and towels were laundered with scented detergent/fabric softener, so if you're sensitive to scent, you might request in advance that linens be cleaned without scented products.Laundry - washer/dryer both worked very well.Shower - temperature and water pressure both fantastic! I wanted to somehow bring the water pressure home with me :).A/C very effective - individual units in the main room and the bedrooms, and all units worked well.Kitchen very well equipped with all necessary items. Uber Eats will deliver groceries, by the way, which is very convenient.Wifi was fast. During 2 days of my stay wifi was unavailable until about noon - I used a phone hotspot for internet connection, so maybe bring similar as a backup. The other days it was great.Check-in was a little glitchy (had to wait in the lobby longer than was comfortable), but it also was Xmas Eve with unexpected airport traffic and arrival time, so probably not a common issue.Overall I recommend!

Ideal Everything!

This was absolutely wonderful, as advertised, and the location was very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very prompt to reply and did everything to accommodate. The views from the balcony were among the best and the rooftop pool is by far the best in the city! We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Raphael’s condo! The place was just as described- clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the living area was cozy and comfortable. I loved the balcony with the amazing ocean/city view! The condo’s location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful, responding quickly to any questions and providing great local recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area. It was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, great facilities, and excellent location
 Couldn’t ask for better.!

We have been to Skybar, which is the pool/bar on the roof of pinnacle 220 many times, but have never actually stayed at a condo until this visit. This condo is amazing, fully equipped, quiet, clean, excellent view, cannot ask for more. I highly recommend it. We’ve been going to Pv for years and stayed at numerous different condos, hotels, etc.
 And this was one of our best Places. We will definitely return!

This apartment is located in Pinnacle, one of the nicer buildings in old PV. It's central to the beach clubs, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment is spacious with great views. The rooftop pool is amazing and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Great roof top pool with staffed bar all day providing beverages and snack are full meal service. This unit was quiet with a view, other units in building were not like this so choice of a particular unit can be radically different.

My 4th trip to PV and by far, this was the most fantastic condo! Very well maintained, with a large patio overlooking the bay and the city! The view couldn't have been better! Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach, all the great restaurants, and some of the best street tacos around. Have to add that the area was wonderfully quiet. Have stayed in nice condos off Basilio Badilla and the street noise was hard to take. Not so with Raphael's condo! An additional plus was the rooftop pool and bar! This is the first condo I've stayed at that had a bar at the pool

PV trip Jan 25 to Feb 5 2020.

Excellent property. Our hosts were very accurate in their description of their property and the pictures are bang on (if anything the views are better than what they appear in the pictures). Ralph the owner emailed several times in advance to make sure we were well set for arrival and accessing the property. Check-in with Palmera Property Management went very smoothly. The condo is truly fully stocked - although only the 2 of us stayed in the unit we did have friends for dinner a couple of times and everything we needed to prepare lovely dinners was there. The roof top pool is outstanding - only small issue was limited seating re loungers but this is common for most roof top pools we've seen. Beach access is easy and the restaurants / bars of the Romantic Zone are only minutes away. We loved this property and appreciated all the "extra" amenities that come with a condo that is truly cared for by the owners - we did own a VRBO rental home in Phoenix for 7 years and have as well rented many properties around Mexico and Europe thru VRBO. We know what it takes to make a very good property that renters will appreciate. This one is a gem and we will be back. Thanks to our hosts for a very lovely experience.
