Perfect location, away from the crowds, but still close to everything. The staff was wonderful, food and drink great and very reasonably priced. Had one minor issue and owner responded immediately and resolved right away. Highly recommend staying here.

An absolute paradise!

We were actually more impressed with the property in person than we were with the photos online. It is very spacious and was quite comfortable for our group. The views from the condo and throughout the property grounds are absolutely amazing. The staff was all very friendly and always available to help. Definitely coming back in 2023!

Property was absolutely stunning! The entire length of the condo opens up to the outdoors and the views are spectacular! Pools were heated which is always a plus. Property Manager Joel was great to work with, he even made a dentist appointment for me with an English speaking doctor and I really appreciate that level of service! Would highly recommend this property.

The unit is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and all is wonderful, but the condo is located quite a walk away from the main part of the Malecon. Lots of taxi rides needed.

The views from this condo are amazing. Every day we were able to see so many whales while relaxing on the balcony. The staff was amazing and the onsite restaurant had excellent food at very good prices. The location was perfect as it was an easy walk to town and easy to get a taxi or bus to town or any other place. The rooftop pool was spectacular! The lower pool was a bit cold and shaded most the day, so most people seem to use the rooftop pool. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely stunning. Edoardo was a wonderful host and this penthouse residence unit was massive with beautiful finishes and decor. The rooftop pool area was wonderful with amazing views and it was easy to get a nice spot in the sun around the pool as this property has much smaller amount of units.The food was OUTSTANDING at very good cost, and the servers were very prompt and friendly and extremely attentive unlike many other resident resorts. We will definitely be going back for another stay down the road. Thank you so much for everything Edoardo Y Michael!

AMAZING! BOOK IT!

Absolutely stunning! Not a single complaint about this property. Our flights were delayed and arrived pretty late, Christian greeted us at the gate and check in was a breeze. The moment we stepped inside the condo, our jaws dropped! Extremely clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking! If you’re considering booking, just do it! Absolutely beautiful and special condo. Stunning view and decor. We were completely delighted with the condo amenities and location. The on-site restaurant, rooftop pool and bar were spectacular. Twice we planned to go out in PV for dinner but instead elected to stay in and enjoy dinner, company and the gorgeous sunset from the roof - worth it. Great access to small beach area in front and short hike to Los Muertos. Owners were great and responded promptly to our questions. Thank you!!

Great location and layout

We were all very pleased with our experience here! The location is perfect for entrance to the private beach. The only callout - the property does not have a BBQ on the patio as the picture depicted. I did use the BBQ grill in the common area which was a bit frustrating. I hope they can update that aspect of the listing, everything else was amazing!

Amazing Condo with interesting art in a great location. Quiet for the older adults yet very close to the bustling beach for the younger ones. The host Michael and his representative Mauricio were very welcoming. There were some mechanical malfunctions which Mauricio had taken care of within a couple of hours, even on a weekend. Michael generously offered us a free night for these minor troubles. Highly recommended this beautiful place.

Lovely property in PV

We had a nice stay! The unit looked at least as nice as in pictures, if not better, and suited our needs well. We’ve stayed in other units in this building in the past, and we always love the gorgeous amenities, location, and friendly staff. The layout of the bedrooms turned out to be different than pictured in the listing, which was an issue for us, so I’d just recommend clarifying in advance if you want the second bedroom (with two beds) and den setup as pictured (rather than one bed in each room). Otherwise Michael was a kind and accommodating host. Thanks for a great trip!

Family vacation

Home was nice. Unit wasn't ready, but owners gave a credit, which was appreciated. The manager did not return a text that was sent regarding a spill that appeared in the hall closet the first day. Would be helpful to have a folder with instructions for the TV,'s etc and then expectations for preparing for checkout. Overall it was a good stay and we really like Sayan Beach. Excellent common facilities, restaurant, pools, and very safe and secure.

This vacation spot is truly ideal... we have stayed in many places around the world and can honestly say that this rates at the top. We thoroughly enjoy our time here. This was our second stay and we are already planning for next year! The Condo is just delightful, Edoardo has outdone himself making sure that it’s not only beautiful, but it’s also comfortable and functional. The food is great and what a wonderful price. The staff could not be more accommodating. We call it the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, because it has everything on the property that you need to feel pampered in luxury. Stunning, Stunning, Stunning

Everything, about our week at this property was relaxing, stress-free, and simply exceptional. The condo, and in particular the view of Banderas Bay, is breathtaking. There are no words to explain the delight I felt in falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking up feeling like I could reach out and touch the ocean. As others have said the resort is a short walk over the rocks to Los Muertos beach with everything in Old Town easily accessible. Be warned, however, that the rooftop pool, the exceptional service from Axel and crew and and the reasonably priced (and very good!) food and drink will make it difficult to leave the resort. My recommendation is to just sit, enjoy and watch the hustle and bustle from afar. Wi-Fi in the unit is excellent and the den was a perfect place to unwind and watch a bit of TV. A 5-star property and highly recommended - we will be back!

First Class Experience

My wife and I found this place as a last minute, spontaneous vacation, and we are so glad we did. We have traveled to many places and this was by far our greatest experience. The pictures are so accurate and the building and the residence are spectacular. The building staff is very professional, the proximity to town makes it so easy to walk to. We met so many great people.The food was amazing the art work was intriguing and the views from the balcony are postcard worthy. We spent most of our time at the rooftop infinity pool. Best views, great people, cold beverages. World class!! Eduardo and Michael have put together our most favorite vacation location and we will be coming back each year. Our first time to Puerto Vallarta and we are already planning our next visit. Thank you Eduardo and Michael allowing us the opportunity to experience such a beautiful town in your beautiful home. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are accurate—the view is great as are the doors that open all the way up. The unit has built in speakers in the ceiling that extend to the patio which was nice. We noticed that the unit could perhaps use a deep cleaning including to kitchen utensils/plates etc. The building amenities are nice and the rooftop setup is amazing. The staff at the bars and restaurant on property were all very gracious and we enjoyed chatting and making friends with them. Drinks and food were solid and affordable and get added to your room which is convenient—however you still need to have cash at all times in order to tip them. We had some strange interactions with the building workers, though, including the security people at the front. They were a little rude and just overall didn’t match the friendly vibe of the property. Overall, a great stay and beautiful property.
