IT IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR, WITH AN INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE AND ACCESS IS BY BEAUTIFUL SPIRAL STAIRS. THE BEACH AND THE DOWNTOWN ARE 15 MIN BY CAR, AN IDEAL AND ECONOMIC PLACE TO BE ABLE TO HOME OFFICE OR STUDY, SINCE WE HAVE EXCELLENT WIFI TO UPLOAD VIDEOS, MAKE VIDEO CONFERENCES BY ZOOM OR SIMPLY WATCH MOVIES.
