Good location for Pula visit

Positives are outdoor area well kept with 5 sunlongers and large dining table and grill, pool is big enough to enjoy. Bedrooms all good size and very clean and tidy, same with the two bathrooms. Villa is located 15-20 min walk from old town and large supermarket within 4 min walk. Residential neighbourhood, we felt safe and not too noisy. There is no air conditioning in bedrooms, only in kitchen/lounge area, owners gave us fans on our request. Limited sun shades in garden, was a problem and kitchen is relatively small for the villa size, also no toaster, microwave. Owners are very friendly, simple check in and helped with any small issues during the holiday. Villa is nice, clean and functional.

Really lovely house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this excellent property. Location was perfect- only 15 mins walk from centre. Everything was clean and even better than the pictures. Thoroughly recommend 😊

Prima Lage für Ausflüge und die Erkundung von Pula

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein leckeres Resaturant in umittelbarer Nähe. Nach Pula benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 15-20 min je nach Tempo. Das Haus ist Innnenwie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Der große Sitzplatz draußen ist mit Sonnensegel und großen Schirm ein schattiges Plätzchen gewesen. Einziger kleinerer Mangel ist die knappe Küchenausstattung mit Kochmessern etc.

Einer unserer besten Urlaube geht zu Ende. Das Haus, der Pool, die Außenanlage, alles sehr sehr gut!

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr liebe und unkomplizierte junge Frau. Zu jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichbar! Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und die kurze Einweisung gingen schnell über die Bühne. Alles war wirklich top! Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, da sollte man schon sein eigenes Messerset u. Ä. mit nehmen, aber das passiert bei uns sowieso! Die Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten waren megaaa lecker. Die Lage ist genau passend. Zum Sparmarkt GEHT man ca 5min, zur Pula City und Hafen 10min. Zum Strand ist man mit dem Auto ca in 10min. Unterm Strich, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Danke

Top gepflegtes Ferienhaus, zentrale Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat eine zentrale Lage in Pula. Wir haben das Auto nicht benötigt. Fußläufig kann man sehr gut Einkaufen und Restaurants oder Lokale sehr gut erreichen. In 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Pula (Hafen). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und behilflich. Das Haus und der Pool sind hervorragend. Durch einen großen Sonnenschirm und ein Sonnensegel sowie den Mauern um das Grundstück ist man von unerwünschten Einblicken weitgehend geschützt. Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach sind sehr groß. Neben dem Pool sind fünf Liegen und eine Außendusche. Lediglich zum Strand benötigt man ein Auto. Auf der Terrasse ist ein toller Grill mit Wasseranschluss und Becken an der Seite. Das Objekt kann ich nur empfehlen.

Saubere Wohnung, freundliche Vermieterin.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin erfolgte auf Englisch. Vor Anreise haben wir ihre Telefonnummer erhalten. Das Einchecken verlief problemlos und kurz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Lediglich im Wasserkoch war etwas Kalk und der Kühlschrank hat nach neu und nicht gelüftet gerochen. Ansonsten war es eine super Wohnung. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert.

Zentrale Lage und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Host

Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt & super zentrale Lage in Pula ! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stehen mit guten Tipps zur Seite! Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Stadtkern. Die Ausstattung der Küche war allerdings auf das nötigste beschränkt !
