Villa Altair is an exclusive residence on two floors a few meters from the sea, with direct access to the beach of Santa Margherita Pula. Ideal place for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, it is a corner of paradise in the countryside, an oasis of peace and serenity.
Reserved and elegant, the property is a few minutes drive from Chia, "Italy's most beautiful sea" 2018 and 2019 for Legambiente and Touring Club Italia, and from the city of Pula, already proclaimed “Sardinia's leading destination 2015”.
The strategic location allows the visitor to get to know the wonderful beaches of South Sardinia and is located just a few kilometers from the sites of millennial Sardinian history, such as the Roman port city of Nora, the first founded in Sardinia. Take the binoculars and lean against the low wall that separates you from the sea to observe its ruins, clearly visible on your left, near the Spanish watchtower.
The attention and the unmistakable style of this marvelous residence overlooking the sea is visible in the bedrooms and, in general, in all the interiors, designed to offer the visitor maximum comfort. The exterior of Villa Altair is cared for in every detail. The green lawn allows you to enjoy moments of relax, especially in the evening when the lighting on the driveway and in the courtyard makes the atmosphere of Villa Altair magical. Two deckchairs and a cocktail, to be sipped strictly facing the sea, complete the picture. As you turn of the lights, the wonder continues: in a few other places the stars show themselves in all their brightness. The show in front of the starry vault, nowadays almost totally erased by the lights of the city, is guaranteed. And what about the incredible and spectacular rising of the full moon from the sea?
We wanted to dedicate this house to this magnificent landscape, to be admired with an upturned nose: Altair, one of the brightest stars in the summer sky.
