Villa Elite 1 is a semi-detached property sharing a wall with its sister villa, Elite 2. Both villas, Elite 1 and Elite 2, share a fully fenced yard, but each villa is a separate holiday home with its own pool, terrace, and parking for two cars.Elite 1 is situated in the front part of the property. In the yard, you have your own pool and sun loungers where you can take a refreshing swim during the day and then relax afterwards. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, which makes it perfect for stays outside the main season. Soak up the sun for that perfect summer tan while enjoying a cold drink. Fire up the barbecue and show off your Masterchef skills by preparing delicious meals for family and friends, and enjoy them in the covered outdoor dining area. Behind the house, there is a shaded children's playground where your kids can play carefree.The villa features a spacious, open-plan ground floor that is bright and airy, including a living room, dining area, kitchen, and an extra bathroom.
