It should state in the advertisement that you don’t have shuttle or carts for the rooms ! Omg the walking is horrible! My sister is recovering fro stage 4 cancer they put her 10 min away from us we asked repeatedly to have her closer myself am missing 5discs in my back and cannot walk that distance all day long! Very boring resort think they would at least play music around the pools get people into a vacation spirit! All of us kept getting locked out of our rooms, safes wouldn’t open with medication in them and the front desk wouldn’t help ! The main pool was nice the swim up bar pool absolutely disgusting! Band aids floating around! The one pool we did enjoy they blocked it off during our stay kicked everyone out and turned it into a private pool for private members from a travel company only ! Along with one of the restaurants! If you didn’t book with them and have a blue band you couldn’t go in ! I won’t go back again! It took a week for my swelling to go down from all the excess walking!

Me gustó bastante lo que ofrecen por el precio del resort. El grupo de animacion es increíble y las exursiones también. Las habitaciones están limpias, los tragos están bien y la comida aceptable.

Great family oriented all inclusive resort. Not for adult couples or bday trip. Great location, superb service, pretty clean facilities, and a good experience. I do recommend staying here!

The water pressure for cold water don’t work the air conditioner in the room don’t work mosquito is every where they need to fog the area

When I got there I didn’t have a room. My reservation was sold forward to another family. Food was terrible, my son got sick. Service is orrible. I have to stay at a motel with my family from 3am-7am until I got a room at another resort.
