No Smoking: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property. We are a non-smoking rental, inside and out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Any damages caused by smoking may result in additional charges.
Guest Count: For your comfort and safety, we ask that the number of guests staying matches the number on your reservation. This helps us prepare the space properly and ensures that everyone has a wonderful experience.
Respect for Neighbors: While you have a private unit, there are other condos in the building. We kindly ask that you be considerate of other tenants, especially during quiet hours. Your thoughtfulness helps everyone enjoy their time here.
No Pets: While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. This helps us keep the space clean and allergy-free for all our guests. Any unauthorized pets will incur a $175 additional cleaning fee and possible addition fees for any damage.
House Rules: To keep our home in top condition for all guests, we kindly remind you that any broken house rules may result in a $150+ charge. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer a clean and peaceful environment for everyone.

The condo was perfect for our week in Punta Gorda. A nice set up and was well supplied with clear communication about what would not be on site. The location is great - easy access to grocery and other stores, not far from downtown (you would need a car). We would have benefited from a hot water kettle, and the scent plugin was very strong.
We recently stayed at this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Punta Gorda last week. It was a nice convenient condo that seemingly served our purposes well. The property manager seemed helpful and we got in with no issues. Midway through our stay one of us tried to turn on the shower and the knob came offâŠâŠ we didnât think much of it and we simply used the other shower the remainder of the trip. Upon leaving we told the owner what had happened .
Two days later we received a bill for 260 dollars saying that their plumber went by there and we snapped the shower knob.
Why would anyone snap the shower knob off?. I made it clear that either the knob was put in incorrectly or it was typical wear and tear but we didnât feel responsible for the charge. I further brought up the idea that there were hundreds of ants in one of the bedrooms but we dealt with it .
The management company became hostile saying we broke it and we must pay for it.
I have no problem paying for something that we damaged but donât appreciate being told that we SNAPPED a shower knob while attempting to use the shower. The owner further wouldnt address the ant issue when I messaged her trying to come up with a solutionâŠ. She claimed harassment and wouldnât discuss the ant problem.
We will pay the shower knob for fear of retaliation but the charge is absurd. I would be very careful staying at one of their properties moving forwards as they are likely to find an issue to pass on a charge to you after the fact
Very nice and nice location.
Newly renovated so kitchen items were very limited, 4 glasses, bowls, etc. Worked for us because we were there for only 2 nights.
