The villa is part of a private gated residence located off the coastal road that takes from the island’s historical capital Cagliari to the world-famous beaches of Villasimius.The position of the villa is really stunning as it is set between the Sette Fratelli Park and the Golfo degli Angeli and enjoys fantastic views of both. The villa also enjoys of large outdoor spaces with covered and uncovered verandas on all three sides. Internally the villa is divided on two floors. The large upper floor is composed of spacious dining living area with French doors that lead to a covered veranda with amazing sea views, a fully equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has access to two covered terraces, one in the front equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining with stunning views, and one in the back where the laundry area is located. The lower floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has the the benefit of ensuite shower room. The family shower room completes the lower floor. A few minutes drive away you will find several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest pebble beach is 900 m away. The nearest sandy beach is about 3 km away going in direction of Cagliari.
