The WORST customer service experience ever!!

1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!

The only setback is failure of management to ensure rooms are cleaned up everyday. Otherwise stay was pleasant

it was descent place, it was close to the main road with easy access.

A great budget hotel which is very smart and within a safe neighborhood. Few meters from the Chinese Embassy. Amazing restaurants across the road. There is need to improve wifi

avoid, had to leave early. expedia would not refund despite hotel manager saying he would not charge. terrible facilities, not clean. mites (yes mites!) on the breakfast rolls. ants in the toilet & sink. no internet in room or lobby. Nothing like the expedia advert - so be advised.

Regardin refund policy, we already have an agreement with Expedia and the client knows about it. We have basic but essential facilities as we are budget hotel. Every day the rooms are cleaned and re-cleaned if client asked for. However, if the client keep the keys with them we do not clean the room. We serve fresh food for breakfast and they are prepared in the morning and client know about it. We faced a problem about internet but it was not due to our system but operator. We have changed operator now and the internet is satisactory.
