The Space:

Located on the first floor, this spacious two-bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while the bedrooms offer stunning views of the city center and surrounding mountains. Both bedrooms feature blackout blinds and curtains, along with luxurious Super King beds that can be split into two King Singles upon request. These beds include high-quality toppers, premium bedding, and ample under-bed storage. Each room also provides large wardrobes and full-length dressing mirrors and large 55-Inch Smart Samsung TV. The modern bathroom boasts underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a high-pressure shower with an endless hot water supply. The lounge area is equipped with a large corner sofa and a 55-inch Smart Samsung TV for a cinema-like experience. The kitchenette area includes a refrigerator, wine rack, microwave, airfryer and Nespresso machine with coffee plunger, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Your own private clothes washer and dryer with complimentary powder, ensure you are fully self contained. If you would like beds split, or require childrens items such as porta cot, please request these in advance.

The apartment is located in the very center of Queenstown. So you can walk everywhere, if desired. There really is no need for a car!

It is less that 5 minute walk to the central ski bus hub, for all the local mountains. It is also directly adjacent to the local public bus route stop.

Guest Verification & Damage Protection

To protect our property and maintain Airbnb community standards, we partner with Enso Connect, an approved Airbnb software partner. After booking, you will receive a secure link to our Guest Boarding Pass to complete a standard verification and choose your preferred damage protection option:

1. Refundable Security Deposit: A temporary $500.00 authorization hold placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, pending no damage.

2. Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: A one-time waiver fee of $49.00 that waives your liability for accidental damage up to $500.00

Please note: Check-in instructions and property access are available after one of these options is selected. Most guests choose the NZ$49.00 Damage waiver for simplicity.
