Staff very helpful and friendly in all departments.Paid for breakfast on one of the days and it was excellent.There was a choice of a set menu or buffet breakfast. The Crown Plaza is close to everything in Queenstown.The room we had was spacious and had a gorgeous balcony view of the remarkables.

Love this hotel, it’s right in the heart of Queenstown and a bonus is the public bus takes you to and from the airport. We always stay at this hotel when we visit Queenstown. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
