All the staff have been absolutely fantastic, especially with all the minor things you don’t think off but makes your stay feel much nicer and easier to relax. From the morning staff at breakfast to the valet parking team to the house keeping. Everyone has been so polite and helpful.

Relaxing Holiday

Fabulous location in Queenstown, close to town central and many attractions. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus plenty of shopping. Meals at hotel on high cost side, but plenty of choices around the area with different cuisines. Room on small side and unfortunately my stay, road works right outside my room started 7am each morning.

Amazing Hotel must stay

Beautiful hotel right downtown Queenstown with stunning lake views. Highly recommended this hotel and staff was amazing and so friendly.

Messed a lot of things up on a simple booking

Very average reception service. Messages were not received or acted on. Like requesting connecting rooms. Requesting late checkout. Messed up booking, told at arrival only one room booked, when there was clearly two. I would say inexperienced front desk staff.

This was clean but very old. My door to outside kept opening in the night because it wouldn’t latch. The bathroom is very old and needs a revamp. Cobwebs and dirty windows. For $360 a night it’s not worth it.

Very convenient location, especially for less-mobile family members. Hotel had everything you need and their staff were very quick to help your every requirement if you wanted to book activities. Very safe location (you can park your car outside for free between 6pm-9am and it is very safe). Great bar with lots of activity and excellent buffet for breakfast and menu for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Room very clean and neat. My wife is allergic to feathers they made sure no feathers were in my room. Just all around excellent service
