Private & Peaceful in Central Queenstown with secure off-street parking.

Perfect spacious holiday home for smaller groups up to 5 guests ; children & infants Welcome, (infants under 3yrs are free, just advise us for bedding , porta cot etc. ). The spacious air conditioned lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen make for easy entertaining while the bedrooms are large enough to unpack the suitcases. Private off street secure parking with gates secures your privacy. This property is on the base of Queenstown Hill, it commands great views, and if walking down into town requires a bit of energy to return however the effort is worth the proximity, location & views. This gets easier the longer you stay and burns off those growing unwanted calories.
If using a vehicle this isn't an issue and the choice is yours.
For the ski season, only 5 minutes walk to ski shuttles. A drying rack & dehumidifier is included in the laundry to ensure ski clothing is dry and warm before heading for the slopes as well as combination washer drier and outside cloths line to keep things fresh & clean when needed. The tiled floor in the hallway to bathroom and laundry has underfloor heating in winter and well as bedroom wall heating and electric blankets making your stay comfortable.
Easy walking distance to Queenstown's best walking/running tracks (Queenstown Hill, Queenstown Gardens etc).
Although one bathroom with shower and vanity, the toilet is a separate room to provide privacy and convenience as well as having a second vanity.
Commercial Linen and Exit Clean is provided within the nightly rate.
Highchair and Port-a-cot provided on request.
Couples and Families preferred.

Beautifully clean with all the facilities you could need. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the views amazing. So close to town, only 5 minute walk (a bit slower back up the hill , but definitely manageable). Would recommend and stay again

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was just as described. Plenty of space with all the needed amenities. The street is steep, again as described, but you can't beat the location; we did not have and did not need a car. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Second time staying at Reid's place and we had another excellent stay. The apartment is very well appointed with everything anyone could need, was spotless when we arrived and very comfortable bedding and furniture ensured everyone was well rested after big days on the hill. Views over town from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen add to the experience and the proximity to town means you don't need a car to get anywhere central. Will be back next year!

Booked initially due to its proximity to the Marathon festival finish location, this was a beautiful place to call home. Wonderfully comfortable. Clean, modern, well fitted kitchen & laundry. Host, Reid, took great care to ensure myself & fellow guests are responsible visitors. Comfortable beds & beautiful manchester. Warm & welcoming. This is a great location for staying in Queenstown! Walk to the waterfront, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. The living area is spacious and has great views. Walk further up the street to the stairs and you’ll be rewarded with a bench and fantastic photo opportunity. Other reviews are correct that the hill is somewhat steep walking from town so maybe not for small children or older adults.

Great location in Queenstown!

A lovely large 2 bedroom apartment and only a 10 minute walk into the heart of Queenstown BUT a very steep climb back up the hill!But the views over the town, lake and chairlift make it all worthwhile!!
