VIEWS: Indulge in the elevated position of this remarkable home, providing uninterrupted panoramic vistas of Queenstown`s renowned landmarks, including the majestic Lake Wakatipu, Cecil Peak, and Walter Peak. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors maximise the superb location and allow the stunning lake and mountain views to be fully appreciated.

LOCATION: Villa de Luxe offers a peaceful homebase atop prestigious Queenstown Hill perched high above the town centre. Guests can enjoy the tranquillity, whilst still being only a 15-minute downhill walk to central Queenstown, yet away from the hustle and bustle. The popular Queenstown Hill walking track begins just a few steps from the front door.

STYLE: Thoughtfully designed with open plan living in mind, Villa de Luxe boasts a spacious and modern interior, meticulously styled, and furnished by a renowned local interior designer. Combining both style and comfort, this home offers an exceptional experience.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The three bedrooms each with private ensuite and top-quality beds are on the upper level of the home. The master bedroom is a real showstopper with exceptional views and a private balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 look out to the beautifully maintained gardens and Bedroom 2 also has gorgeous lake views. The master ensuite has a separate tub and shower, and the ensuites for Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shower. There is a separate toilet on the main living level. The bathrooms have rain shower heads, heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating.

LIVING AREA: This is a truly elegant room, which features a grand gas fireplace, perfect for creating a cosy aprĂšs ski ambience. Unwind in front of the large Smart TV with SKY channels including sports and movies. Sliding doors run the length of both sides of this room offering a lovely summertime breeze, breath-taking alpine views, and a seamless connection to the outdoors.

KITCHEN & DINING: A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. There is bar stool seating and a dining table that seats eight. The sophisticated dining area has beautiful views to the front and opens up to the sheltered patio area at the back.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS: Create a culinary masterpiece on the Weber BBQ and relish in the pleasure of dining outdoors amidst the fresh mountain air. Multiple lounge suites beckon you to relax, while the highlight of the outdoor area is undoubtedly the Hot Spring spa pool* (*service charges apply).

With such an outstanding location, the home has been designed to lure guests outside to admire the world-class scenery. Morning, day, and night the ever-changing views and the enchanting Alpenglow on the mountains are truly unforgettable.

OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Additional practical features include a dedicated desk/workspace area offering lake views, a double garage with internal access, full laundry facilities, underfloor heating throughout, and three air conditioning / heat pump units (located in the living room, master bedroom, and hallway between bedrooms 2 & 3).

RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen, the spa valet and for a maximum of six guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$395 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay service with fresh towels. (Bed linen change not included; upgrade to a full linen change is available for $150 including GST). Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

The friendly team from Relax It`s Done will be on call during your stay for special requests and assistance if needed. We can provide full concierge services - perfect for local knowledge, insights on the hidden gems and to make your holiday hassle free.

*Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.

- Villa de Luxe is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.

- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. As per Resource Consent with council, quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.

- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation hold in addition to the total booking price. (n/a to Airbnb bookings).

- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state (clear and tidy). Charges may apply for loss of keys, excessive rubbish, sorting contaminated rubbish/recycling, excessive cleaning or damage to the property for example.

- Charges may also apply for travel costs and management/staff time if for example, having to make a dump run, coordination of tradesman/repairs, additional property visits, shop for replacements, and so forth.

THE VIEWS! THE VIEWS!I have been traveling for more than 45 years. I can honestly say this was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. Communication from the host was awesome. This property was incredible! It was clean, comfortable and the views are amazing. It's close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to be out of the noise and crowds of the city center. The management company was communicative and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Nothing short of spectacular

Nothing can prepare anyone for the jaw-dropping views at Villa de Luxe. They’re just extraordinary — everyone we sent pictures to couldn’t believe it, and we truly didn’t want to ever leave. We loved the immense amount of natural light, the openness of the space, the hot tub, the amazing kitchen — I mean just EVERYTHING was perfect. One day we walked into town, but the rest we drove a short 5 mins to the Man St parking structure. So obviously the location is great. We are a family of 4 (kids are 8 and 11 and loved having their own rooms and bathrooms) and stayed 10 nights — it was fabulous. We had a few questions during our stay and we got replies immediately — I was thoroughly impressed with the management company. If you’re going to Queenstown and Villa de Luxe is available, don’t hesitate — book it! You’ll be soooo glad you did.

Gorgeous property. Magnificent Views. Impeccable stay

Our stay was perfect in every way. - Friendly, accommodating & professional check-in, - The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well maintained - The views are magnificent - The heated jacuzzi with a view was a welcome and relaxing feature - Location is only a 15 minute walk to downtown, although you'll probably want to get an Uber to get back home as it's very steep going back up. But the Uber only ever costed us about $9.80 - The only suggestion for improvement would be to ask the owners to get their tecnician to devise an easier way to work the TV. It should possible to combine all the various remotes into one master remote.

Stunning property and great location

We had an amazing stay in Villa de Luxe. Communication and instructions before arrival were excellent. The property was immaculately clean and has the most amazing views over Queenstown. The spa pool also has a great view. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout is excellent for a larger group with all three bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. I highly recommend this property. It is a short walk from the town centre via a nice track (although the walk back up the hill is quite steep). The Queenstown Hill walk starts from just along the street and is a must do as the views are truly incredible.
