"Our stay at Casa Sempre Avanti was outstanding! Scott, Beto and Fatima teamed up to make our vacation a memorable, hassle free experience.The property is situated on an amazing stretch of beach, with easy access from the property's back yard. The beach is clean and secluded - the locals who we met take great care of it and always greeted us with an "hola," smile and a heartfelt handshake. We truly felt welcomed to share their slice of paradise. The sunsets from the property were awesome, as you can sit on the back patio and watch the sun disappear into the ocean. In the evenings, it was fun to sit outside and stargaze with minimal interference from artificial light. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Having access to Can Am on site (vs renting locally) was a great benefit - it was a fun way to travel to and from town.Beto and Fatima took great care of us and were very responsive. The meals were tasty and fresh - our favorites were the chargrilled fish, ceviche and chile rellenos. Fatima's salsas were also a treat! In summary, we highly recommend this property! If you visit, check out Cachasol, the tequila/raicilla distillery just off the main highway. Great food and margaritas in a beautiful setting. Thanks, Scott, for sharing your property with us! "

"This villa and its grounds are beautiful, private, well kept and safe. Josue, the host and bartender, was incredibly wonderful! He shared so much good information, was very fun to talk with and made delicious margaritas and nonalcoholic drinks for the kids. He MADE the trip extra special. We were served a delicious breakfast every morning to begin our days of leisure around the pool, trips to local beaches and golf cart rides into town. Our family of 10 each had an absolutely wonderful time and would highly recommend this destination paradise."

"We loved our 2 night stay at this property. The grounds are well maintained and the pool in the center courtyard is very calming. The apartment was clean and well stocked with all we needed for our stay. It's a bit of a walk past the main square, but the distance helps to get away from the pumping music in town! Lovely apartment and helpful staff! "
