Breakfast is wonderful, it is close to the train station and to several sites, and there are some bikes for guests. (Some bikes are okay, some not so much.). There is a nice enclosed patio that we did not notice until our second day. Temperatures were in the 90s during our stay, and, at this hotel, electricity only worked when we had the room card was in a slot. Due to that and to the poor A/C, our suite was always very hot. They appear to have a firm check-in time, while other places would let us check in early if the room is ready.

Beautiful and peaceful

Fabulous! In the centre with easy access to all the sights. Car parking a short distance away, but you can unload outside easily. Breakfast was fresh and a wide selection. Hotel has a chapel too!!

Beautiful

This hotel was beautiful. The air conditioning was working in our room, but I don’t believe it was in all rooms. The air con is not very strong though, so if you like it really cool like we do, it won’t be that. It will be comfortable though. The king bed in the room was very comfortable and nice. There was a big array of razors, soap, shampoo packets, etc in the room. Could have been more outlets in more convenient locations (one was close to the floor and by the door, so we had to leave devices on the floor to charge. But that’s to be expected of an old location. The little town was beautiful but maybe a little rough. Overall I’d stay here again.

Beautiful property, courtyard, lounging areas and extremely spacious room. The area around the hotel was ok. It felt slightly rundown in some areas near the hotel. I did appreciate the proximity to a grocery store. The hotel is lovely and I would consider staying again. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room; the spacious bathroom; the included breakfast. I would have appreciated a stronger air conditioner in our room. I also did not love that my husband and I were not greeted for breakfast/offered anything to drink/given cutlery. However, when other guests sat down next to us, they were immediately greeted by staff and attended to. Overall, despite these concerns mentioned above, I do still feel like this hotel is a great option near the Ravenna train station.

Great service

Our stay was great. We actually had a few issues (started with the AC in our room not working), but the staff was amazing at fixing things for us and ensuring our stay was good! The hotel is beautiful and they really nailed the service, fixing all issues. Breakfast was awesome.

This property was very charming and felt like a real Italian vibe, unlike any commercial hotel in the area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! We loved our room and how cozy it felt.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Five stars for location! The lobby and common areas are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The room itself was basic. Bathroom was very outdated and small for a hotel bathroom. It got the job done and we slept well, but the room didn’t seem to match the rest of the hotel, which was really nice.

Nice hotel but very small room. There is a frequent local bus that leaves from near the train station that takes you directly to the cruise terminal, and it’s very cheap! Suitcases go into the hold under the bus.
