* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00
For late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of the reception

Best Phuket location
This property is positioned well for easy access to many fantastic local destinations......Wat Chalong Market, The Big Budda, Promthep Cap, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary,
Chalong Pier for a day trip to Racha and Coral Island. The property more than met our expectations. 2 minutes walk to Thai massage , The Cashew Nut Restaurant , and an incredible French Bakery. We were even fortunate enough to.see some Muay Thai training at a local gym. Marine was a super host and took care of all our questions and needs booking additional excusions. If you are Interested in immersion into a super cool Thailand neighborhood, this is the place for you!!!!! Cannot recommend this property highly enough. 10 stars.
