Staff is not friendly. The food they recommend to order and have delivered to the hotel is horrible. Breakfast is horrible. They will not leave clean towels or robes when they “clean” your room. You will have to ask for clean linens.

Falta de Manutenção

Pontos positivos: o atendimento é bom, as meninas do café são super simpáticas. Apesar da pouca variedade, o café é preparado na hora sob encomenda e é bem gostoso! A vista é linda, localização excelente! Pontos negativos: falta de manutenção. A banheira está toda enferrujada e caindo aos pedaços. Os blackouts tudo furado. A tampa do vaso quebrada. Parece que falta carinho do Dono por essa pousada. Hidromassagem com vista pro mar merecia mais cuidado pois é o diferencial de mercado da pousada.
As tapiocas e o cuscuz são excelentes.
Você acorda com essa vista do Sol nascendo e da Lua também.

Paguei por um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem onde a mesma não funcionou. Onde tinha duas acomodações dentro do quarto e um ar condicionado parou de funcionar, avisei a recepcionista e a mesma se prontificou a chamar um tecno onde nao foi feito o reparo no dia, tive que dormir em uma cama menor eu minha esposa e minha filha. Pior noite da minha vida em pousadas ou hotel. Paguei mas caro para ter um melhor conforto, e acabei no prejuizo

Terrivel, fotos nao revelam o monento atual!

Horrível! Foi a pior hospedagem de toda minha viagem. As fotos nao condizem com o local, possivelmente foram tiradas há anos atras. Ficamos hospedados no quarto familia com vista mar, segundo funcionarios o melhor quarto da pousada (nao quero imaginar como seria o pior). Neste apto sao 2 quartos sendo que um deles nao tinha TV tão pouco vista mar e o outro nao o ar condicionado nao funcionava (pasmem num calor do nordeste tivemos que durmir sem ar) e adivinhem qual foi a solução da pousada ao informarnos que nao funcionava? Dormir com as janelas abertas, simples assim! O sofá totalmente inadequado para o ambiente praia, fato que esta totalmente mofado. O banheiro nao tinha parte do box (quebrou e nao arrumaram). Logo, a situacao é de total falta de manutenção e certamente nao compensa o custo x beneficios.

Fiquei decepcionada ao chegar na pousada e ver que as fotos nao condizem com a realidade. O quarto que escolhi nao tem nenhum tipo de manutenção, cortinas e vidros encardidos, toalhas de banho e rosto todas manchadas, banheiro nao tem box e molha tudo ao tomar banho. O quarto é velho. O café da manhã nao muda nada. Ponto positivo apenas para os funcionarios que são super educados e simpaticos.
