The first room we were offered was on the main floor with a window into the pool where five U10 hockey teams were screaming. The front desk clerk was hardly accommodating when we asked to be offered a room away from the teams if possible. Instead, we were put under a room with some women who didn't stop partying until 1am, kids were screaming and running up and down the hallways until midnight, and doors were slammed all night. The TV in the room is incredibly small and the towels might as well have been replaced with sandpaper. The bed was way too soft and was unlevel, so I couldn't lay on my left side without feeling like I was about to roll onto my back. We will *not* stay at this property again. Travellers beware.

Very clean, quiet location, close to major recreation areas and nice office staff.

The breakfast area is right beside the outside door and with it being winter it was a bit cool having breakfast. The pancake machine was out of order :(.

I needed a boost in the -40 temps, and the maintenance man was outstanding— so helpful and kind.
