Nice hotel with helpful staff. Did have issues on arrival. Twice we were assigned a room and the bed was undone as if someone was previously in it and then not cleaned. Other than that, it was a bed and a bath!

When my family checked, Sarah was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and the customer service she provided was top notch. The breakfast was phenomenal! I will be visiting Reidsville often and I will stay here every time. Thank you for making my families experience so nice and comfortable while we were going through a hard time with the passing of my mother. I won’t forget what you did for us.
