Perfect location

Located inside of Ribeirao mall is a good spot for people who look for convenience. The common areas were renovated, but rooms need to be renovated. There is a vallet and also the mall's parking lot available.

No hot water!!!

The room needs urgent renovation. They are having some structural renovations, and there was not hot water supply. First time in my life that I was obliged to have a cold shower in a hotel... several rooms with the same problem and the staff was not prepared to take care of this situation. Avoid this hotel if you can!

A localização, com acesso prático ao Ribeirão Shopping merece destaque positivo, assim como os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante. No entanto, na minha opinião o hotel precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado. Pequenos detalhes já notados na estadia anterior ainda incomodam. Entre eles, a falta de copos no apartamento. Dessa vez, 2 sabonetes sem embalagem e o frasco de shampoo vazio comprovaram a falta de capricho.
