Cozy and safe house

House well located in Rio das Ostras near the clover at the entrance of the city, great for resting and enjoying with the family. The house has two floors, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, garage for 1 car and barbecue downstairs and 2 suites upstairs. The street is fully residential and safe, close to shopping, beaches and driving. We rent for weekends, season and summer.
