RULES:

3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise hours (maximum until 9 pm).
4. In common areas do not travel with bathing suits or shirtless and do not make excessive noise.

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability. On the day of your arrival, at 1 pm, the system will send you instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok?

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days left for their arrival, we will reinforce the request for a photo of the documents. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.
