Comfortable Apartment on the Banks of the Ribeirão de Águas Quentes

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV; a living room with a large, comfortable sofa bed, a ceiling fan, and a 43-inch Smart TV; a balcony overlooking the pool and river; and a kitchen fully equipped with all utensils and a dining table.

Outdoor Area: sauna, swimming pools, hot tubs, sand court, wet bar, and a hot spring stream flowing through the property. The apartment is located 900 metres from the entrance to Hot Park, the world’s largest thermal water park, and is also close to Parque das Fontes and Praia do Cerrado.

Only in Rio Quente will you find a stream of delightfully warm running water where you can relax and enjoy time with your family. The pressure of the water falling from the waterfall can even give you a delightful thermal massage on your shoulders; but if you prefer the warm waters of a pool or a hot tub, you’ll find those here as well.

We have fun for the whole family: a game room, a sand court, a movie theatre, a sauna, swimming pools and a warm-water stream, a playground for the kids, and a cozy apartment to rest in after enjoying our recreational area.

Just a few steps from the property, you’ll find local shops: a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, a food market, supermarkets, souvenir shops—and the Hot Park Complex has so much more!

It’s important to bring your own bed linens, towels, and toiletries (or rent bed linens and towels separately for R$ 30.00 per person. We provide the pillows.
