The property was not clean when we checked in. Liquor bottles and food was scattered around the room. The staff was not supportive. It took 2 hours to get the room cleaned. They have other 2 rooms available whose condition were same.

Wonderful stay
Posted Feb. 19, 2020 on HotelsI had a wonderful stay here. Ravi and the team couldn’t do more and were so helpful and friendly. It’s in such a peaceful spot but also a close walk to Ram Jula. I’d really recommend a stay and I’ll be booking again next time I am in Rishikesh

TO MY UTTER SURPRISE WE ALL WERE WERE ALLOTTED ONLY 1 ROOM WITH MY CHILD SLEEPING ON THE EXTRA MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR WITHOUT PRIVACY WHEREAS DETAILS ON YOUR SITE MENTION DETAILS AS BELOW

I WOULD WANT AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS ASAP AND COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO MY FAMILY
