Hotel Luise and its staff were pure gold! The hotel has a great location, lots of free parking space, super-friendly staff who wants to take care of you! Hotel Luise didn't just exceeded expectations once, but they did it twice. Cute hotel overall. Good location to walk to dinner. The room was completely muggy and stunk of old cigarette smoke. Luckily didn’t spend too much time in the room. There was no service at the wine bar downstairs. The breakfast though was fantastic.

A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm

This property is absolutely perfect. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. Large balcony . Location is steps away from everything. The breakfast was amazing. We’ve never in all our travels had such a large selection of items to choose from. It was fresh and delicious!! The hotel also leaves a thank card and box of delicious cookies as a thank you for staying . The parking and breakfast both included. Will certainly come back!
