The residence is situated within communal lakeside gardens, along ‘Via Franz Kafka’, placing guests within 2-4 minutes’ walk away from the local lake lido beaches, a bike rental shop, sailing club, watersport facilities, a host of restaurants and bus links.

The tourist attractions, Old Town and scenic lakeshore of Riva del Garda are reachable on foot within 15-20 minutes. Guests are 8-10 minutes’ drive away from the waterfalls of Cascate del Varone and the Riva del Garda Fiere exhibition centre. The nearest airport is Verona Villafranca (80 minutes’ drive away).
