No soap or shampoo available in the room. Staff don't care about you, as they run the bar and hotel and we felt as we were disturbing them. Customer service is to be improved both check-in and check-out from 2 different staff members.

We arrived and it was extremely hot and they don’t have AC our room was in basement but very hotand I have a breathing issue, after working with Expedia and hotel they promised I would not be charged but I am still waiting for refund a week later

Worst hotel room we have ever been in, floor was tile, filthy, one used towel in bathroom when we arrived, no night tables at bed, no ac, no tv, in the basement, you could not turn off lights unless crossing room, bar had a band playing and loud in room, public washroom above and you could hear the toilets flushing every few minutes.

Honestly this was a decent place to stay. It was very remote, and the rooms were small and a bit cramped, but it did the trick. The town is beautiful, and there are nice sunset views, but not much else to do. The food at the place wasn’t the greatest though, and there are not many other options around.

I feel bad to rate low, but travelling with kids and being picky with cleaness, we were really disappointed. The beds were uncomfortable, no TV, mold spots, no tv, no reception...OUF...our room was in the basement and just weird. BUT its a cool spot for the shows and food amd super friendly staff at the restaurant. Unfortunately i would go again. WAY to expensive.

À éviter

Chambre avec des murs en carton, ancien CHSLD. Chambre dans le sous-sol, j’ai jamais vu ça avant. Bruyant, plus ou moins propre, pas d’air climatisé, pas de télé, pas de réception. Bref pour 225$ c’est du vol!
