This review is for how I was charged 154.96$ for having a dog in the room when cameras show I checked in and out by myself. Has been an entire day of trying to resolve this issue with no progress what so ever.

Mr. Brubaker,Even though the evidence of a pet in your room was OVERWHELMING, we have refunded the pet fee back to you. However, you were only charged 75.00 plus tax and therefore that is all we refunded.

Not a good visit

This was one of the worst hotel stays of all time. The hotel was understaffed. Once we got into our room. It hadnt been cleaned. Dirty sheets. Food from a previous stay was still in the refrigerator. We had to move rooms. Once moved i couldt sleep due to construction/ renovation at the hotel.

The hotel was going through so construction while there ... the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful.
