Private: natural state property 5 ha, natural garden, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Roccatederighi 4 km, Roccastrada 9 km, Massa Marittima 28 km, Grosseto 29 km, Follonica 37 km. Hiking paths: Bouldering 300 m. Please note: car recommended.
