Great place. Only issue is I didn't realize second bathroom was down in basement. Nonetheless, the place was great!! Very clean and instructions were very clear. There was no dish soap and owner immediately had some delivered. That was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again.

Place was cute, but could use a little work. Location to Mayo was great. A little disappointed the second bathroom was in the basement and unusable for my husband after his operation. Whitney was very helpful in whatever we needed.

Comfortable, Quiet and Conventionally Located Near Mayo Clinic.

Like our previous stay at 1303 Retreat a few years ago, this home was once again comfortable, quiet, and served as our home away from home, fulfilling our needs. We appreciated the home’s close proximity to the Mayo Clinic and its location across the street from a Catholic Church.

Comfy and great location
