Room looked recently updated. Didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was ok. Staff lady at breakfast was very rude. Convenient to get to Mayo on shuttle.

The breakfast attendant has anger issues- slamming the buffet warmer closed- complaining that guests took coffee out of the back pot- complaining guests used all the hot water and she had “things to do” - complaining out loud about everything and many guests were talking about her attitude. At the front desk later she was complaining about the boss and guests saying “we don’t need some people staying here- they can stay some where else” Mr Alex at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue in our room and when we brought it to the attn of the front desk attendant- she had them fix it right away. The shuttle is nice to get to Mayo especially during their construction.

There’s a ramp there that’s not on anything it’s about 5060 feet. Is it difficult when you are in a walker or definitely a wheelchair by yourself without assistance that should be in their descriptions in the bathroom is perfect that around the bed is tight and all the restaurant has wonderful cheeseburgers for people who can eat them for people are more vegetarian vegan options. There wasn’t any. But the band was comfortable. The room was warm is a very quiet. It was an ok stay.

The room was beautiful and spacious for my family and I. The staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful but a specific gentleman was especially helpful with every greeting, he had a smile and was extremely informational even with my kods Playstation! 5 stars and i would definitely stay here again as well as recommend others to stay here. 😃 ❤️ 💙

The room was clean, which was the high point of the hotel. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade/remodel. The tile floor was freezing by the window and walls were paper thin - neighbor kept us up most of the night with talking, then coughing. A big barking dog across the hallway did not help either. The pool / hot tub area is just sad. Inefficient venting/hvac system caused serious humidity issue. The tile walkway that leads to the pool was drenched in water (moisture from windows?) and was an accident waiting to happen. We chose this hotel mainly based on price. Next time I will pay a bit more and stay elsewhere

The room was good. The bathrooms could use a little updating. The pool wasn't the greatest. Condensation dripped from the ceiling and it just didn't seem the cleanest.
