Pool building was disgusting. I felt like I could get a disease from touching anything and felt like the roof could collapse from the pool building being in such poor shape. The window in my room was cracked and there was no cold water so the shower was scolding hot.

There was no cold water. I repirted it to the desk. They tried other rooms. Informed maintenance. They even sent me a text that it was fixed. When i checked it it wasnt. So i reported it again. My daughter had to shower for her surgery at Mayo in scalding hot water twice because it wasnt fixed. Front desk tried but failed and offered no alternative to this error on their end other then saying they were having issues with the boiler. I asked them about it 5 seperate times.

Actually, we didn't stay here. As we were checking in, we heard that a pipe had burst and there was no hot water. The front desk was very nice and allowed us to cancel our reservation.
