This is maybe just a FYI to anyone looking for an over night stay with Grandkids and it will probably sound like I’m a “Karen” The amount of kids and parents in the pool area was insane! I get it, the advertising of a great pool area seems a no brainer right, it’s going to attract families with kids. But it was like a bunch of feral cats! Kids were everywhere with little supervision. I’m sure when I was younger and had kids that age I would have loved the setup with kids in the pool, adults drinking in the corner giving feeling of safety that you knew you could have fun while your kids had fun. But if you’re now a Grandparent hoping to give your Grandkids a good time while you’re visiting a family member in the hospital, it’s a miserable experience! Granddaughter was trampled on going down the slide by a group of boys and she is 8 , but we watched little kids get splashed and shoved on their slide turn by a group of 8-12 year old boys. The hot tub was flooded with little kids while parents visited and drank. Kids hung on the basketball hoop as we watched it bend. Our 12 year old Granddaughter refused to get in the pool because of the amount of kids. We had kids running up and down our hall until about 1030 pm for which I told them twice to stop and find their parents. As a positive note, the room was very clean, hotel desk staff friendly, and breakfast was good. I however would not stay again for the fact of it seemingly being a party place for parents and unsupervised kids.

The room would be ok for 1 or maybe 2 nights but i was there for 6 nights and this is what i found. Room lighting is very poor. No light at the desk. The clothes hanging area was never lighted so i used a flashlight. The thermostat on the heater was set to 62 and the room was still too hot. The toilet flush valve was broke. Had to open the tank lid to flush. First day after checkin we went to the store to get some food items and drinks. When we returned to the room we discovered the fridge didnt cool. The bathroom sink has a water restricter on it and you hardle get enough water to brush your teeth.

Our room had a pullout mattress in the sofa, the sofa had 0 sheets on it and had crumbs in the mattress when you folded it out. When calling the front desk they just said im sorry and didnt offer anything at all to make it right. The pool deck is also a very slippery surface and waiting for someone to crack their head open.
