Came to visit my brother at the Spirit room
Posted Aug. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayThis location was perfect so I could walk downstairs to the Spirit Room and visit with my brother at his business. Enjoyed my stay with my mom, my daughter and my fiancé. We had a lovely visit.

Great loft space
Posted Aug. 14, 2022 on HomeAwayMia has created an absolutely amazing space. Everything is well designed; everything withstand well, and everything is so well organized. Communication with Mia was quick and effortless. She’s filled the space with lots of thoughtful touches, loads of bathroom & kitchen supplies. We were especially touched by the very kind and thoughtful welcome basket of treats.
The only downside (for now) is the construction immediately in front of the building. It made loading and unloading a slight challenge. But nothing too serious. I’m sure once it’s over everything will be fine.

Cute Apartment/Loft in Downtown
Posted Jun. 21, 2022 on HomeAwayPositives: The place was a convenient location to the baseball stadium for a show. The place is nice and looks exactly as described in the listing and the host is very responsive and excellent! She even gave us a late checkout and birthday goodies, which was super sweet!
Negatives: To no fault of the host, but the second day of our stay the art gallery/bar below the apartment had an event and they were blasting music so loud all day and night that the entire floor of the place was shaking. We luckily spent most of the time out of the place, during the day, but at night it was awful. The host did follow up with building management and we were very happy that she was at least helpful there to help mitigate.

Rock n blues stay
Posted Jun. 7, 2022 on HomeAwayAmazing! So modern and cozy. Clean and competent. Host was very helpful and had everything we needed. Only downfall was on Friday night, the building below us hosted a party and the music was very loud until about 1:30 am. Other than that no complaints!!

Great location in downtown Rochester, NY with access to several restaurants within walking distance.
Posted May 12, 2022 on HomeAwayHost was quick to respond and very friendly. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a downtown location.
