This beautiful single family home is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fenced in backyard and off street parking, all while being only 4 blocks, about 3 minute walk to Mayo Clinic St. Mary's Campus.

This property is pet friendly with a large backyard, fully stocked kitchen and unique architecture, steps from restaurants, grocery, local parks, and bike paths.

This home has 2 steps the enter the home, once entered, there are 2 bedrooms (both with king beds, one with smart TV), one full bathroom with step in tub/shower, living room with Smart TV so you can log into your own streaming services, dining room, and full kitchen.

Upstairs there is a queen bed with en suite full bathroom with jacuzzi tub as well as a twin bed with a desk for those working while you travel.
Free washer & dryer are in the basement.

Becca is a wonderful host; she is very responsive to any questions and provides quite a bit of information before and during your stay. The property is a lovely older home and extremely clean. The home is a quick and easy drive to Mayo Clinic. Will stay at her property for future visits to Rochester.

One of the best properties we have stayed in! The house was easy to find and easy to enter. The host was very communicative. It had everything we needed from measuring spoons to shampoo. There was even a great dog walking path near Kutzky park. If we are ever in Rochester again, this is where we’ll stay!

Great

The location is great. We stayed for a month during my transplant at mayo. This neighborhood is nice you can walk to the park and several restaurants and a mexican bakery. I would definitely stay here again. The host was great as well. Oh and the firepit in the backyard is perfect s'mores and lots of fireflies for rhe kids to catch.

Nice distance to Mayo

Kutzky Cottage is a nice distance for a quick trip to St. Mary’s or the Mayo/Gonda locations. This house has a lot of character and was very comfortable for the two of us during our short stay. The fenced in backyard was a bonus for our pup! She was very thankful to be off leash to play fetch. Becca was very easy to work with and helped accommodate us when our need to stay was extended.

PERFECT Resting Home

Our son was at Mayo for major surgery. We were in the house for a week we preop tests and Very clean, great beds and sheets. Bathroom and Kitchen very nice. Oh the jaccuzi tub. It is literally a 4 block walk to the front door of St Mary's and a very very nice neighborhood. Becca the host is amazing. We were unsure of our check out date due to complications and she was very accommodating. Ive stayed in over 30 VRBO homes and she is the best. Wish I could have givem her 7 stars. This home is simply a wonderful place to relax and recarge during a long stay at Mayo.

Perfect place for our adventure at the Mayo!

Great location. Grocery store, coffee/bakery shop, and restaurants almost next door. literally a six minute walk to Mayo, we timed it. Super clean, well stocked and comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Management was great and responsive to all our needs!

A Pleasant stay

We had appointments at Mayo, so stayed here for a week. It is extremely clean, the kitchen is set up well. We literally drove straight down the street about a mile to the main Mayo clinics. It was very comfortable, and the owners communication was excellent.There are just a couple quirks. The highs were in the single digits and lows below zero the first few days there. This is an older home, probably built in the 40s. It has been fixed up well, but it was very chilly upstairs, and the bedrooms got cold when the doors were closed. Plus, you'll never have to worry about someone sneaking upstairs or down, the creaks can probably be heard next door. This is typical of older homes, and did not bother us, and I only mention it for you to be aware. If we find ourselves back this way, we won't even look elsewhere if this home is available.

Appointments at Mayo

Kutsky Cottage worked very well for our 3day stay in Rochester. My husband had a few appointments at Mayo and I visited a few friends. We had our small dog with us and the fenced back yard worked perfectly for her to run around. We enjoyed walking in the nearby park going to the stores close by. We’d definitely stay again.
