Nestled into the hub of Rock Hill, you will find this charming condo with all of the amenities you need while away from home! Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is an end unit in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Take a moment to relax in the fenced-in backyard or cook a meal on the gas grill. Only a short drive to Lake Wylie, Carowinds, Charlotte, NC, or CLT Airport.

Complementary WI-FI and Smart TV’s in the living room and master suite.

Rock Hill Rocks

Lovely 3-bedroom townhouse. Fully stocked kitchen! Could use a few improvements: Bedrooms-nightstands with lamps, chairs, light weight blankets for beds...comforters too heavy for summer, small bureaus. A kitchen table with chairs...island chairs too high for older folks like us. Nonslip throw rugs in bathroom and at front door. And an instruction where the pool was.

The townhouse was nice. The a/c didn’t really dry out the house so everything felt damp but the temp. was comfortable. The house was clean and sanitized except for a few crumbs in the cabinet and refrigerator. Overall, my daughter and I were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and Quiet

No complaints on the unit location, comfort, bed comfort, air and heat controls and accuracy of the description. I would recommend some plumbing work. Kitchen faucet leaking a bit and shower pressure is not adequate. Nothing about that would ruin our visit, but those things need attention. Bedside lamps would be a plus as well. If those things are improved, we would stay again. Thank you!

Long weekend stay for swim meet at Rock Hill Aquatics Center

This property was perfect for our stay. It was about 10 minutes away from the aquatic center. The area felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. There is one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except garbage bags. There weren't any garbage bags in any trash can, so we just used grocery store bags in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were extra comforters. The bathrooms had soap but no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Serviceable and Clean

This is a nice place to stay, quiet and clean. The beds were not as comfy as I would have liked, but for a long weekend just fine. Also needed a few amenities, so if you book, stop at the store on the way in for tissues, coffee, soap, shampoo and some extra toilet paper if staying more than a couple days. ( we have never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have these provided). Otherwise a good and comfortable setup and the owner was very easy to work with. thank you.

Highly recommend

Had everything we needed including a hair dryer for the ladies. Very comfortable, i did have to get used to full bed instead of usual queen. If ever need to stay in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Rock Hill Condo

Stayed here for five days while visiting family. Very basic kind of place with few extras. Easy access to unit. Clean inside but always had a musty odor upon entering. Beds were comfortable but no extra blankets. Limited cooking utensils. Patio area could use some TLC and furniture.

This place was completely sufficient for my needs for the week. It was a great place to come back to and relax after each round at the United States disc golf championship. Everything was very clean. I would certainly book it again if I were returning to the area.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this property for two weeks in Sept. 2024. It is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close to everything you need. All the furnishings are in good condition. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The very best aspect was the responsiveness of the host when we had a question. I highly recommend it!

Mini vacation

The property is in a safe and quiet location. We stayed here for a few days as part of our South Carolina round trip. Everything was clean and the home has everything you need. Checking in and out was easy. The only con to this apartment is, that it had a musty smell to it. That kind of smell you get from water damage. Other than that I would rent it again.
