Nestled into the hub of Rock Hill, you will find this charming condo with all of the amenities you need while away from home! Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is an end unit in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Take a moment to relax in the fenced-in backyard or cook a meal on the gas grill. Only a short drive to Lake Wylie, Carowinds, Charlotte, NC, or CLT Airport.

Complementary WI-FI and Smart TV’s in the living room and upstairs master suite.

The home was as described, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe and comfortable staying in the area. Due to ice storm we needed to extend our stay an additional 2 days, owner was responsive in a very timely manner. Took the pressure off of having to find other accommodations. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here in the future .

Great location for an event at the Magnolia Room. Our son's wedding was at that venue, and this location was only about 5 minutes away. Made it easy for changing clothes on the day after setup and rehearsal. The main floor bedrooms and walk in shower would have been perfect for Grandma who supposed to come with us, but her heath didn't allow her to travel. Two dedicated parking spaces right in front were very nice. It was too chilly while we were there to enjoy the back patio and grill, but that is a nice option.

Great location! Beds and couch are all very comfortable! I love the minimal decor as it is clean and simple. Only improvement I would suggest is TVs in bedrooms and an end table in the back bedroom. Unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Unit was very clean and communication with host was very open with very timely responses. The floorplan was perfectly suited for our needs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a low step shower downstairs that made it much easier for our elderly parent. The upstairs room/suite was also equipped with its own full bathroom as well. We will definately recommend this unit and host for a small group visiting Rock Hill. We look forward to booking this one again in the future.

We enjoyed how quiet the location was. When cleaning up before we left the vacuum was not in the best condition and my husband had to clean it. A couple of the kitchen items could use replacement like the pans and spatulas. Description matched the rooms and amenities.

Family vacation of myself in my 20s my mom and her sister

Drove down from vermont to South Carolina to visit my grandfather my mom’s dad. This place was amazing to stay at it was beautiful,clean we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and visit family. Thank you so very much!!

Lovely 3-bedroom townhouse. Fully stocked kitchen! Could use a few improvements: Bedrooms-nightstands with lamps, chairs, light weight blankets for beds...comforters too heavy for summer, small bureaus. A kitchen table with chairs...island chairs too high for older folks like us. Nonslip throw rugs in bathroom and at front door. And an instruction where the pool was.

Comfortable stay!

The property owner was responsive and accomodating to questions/issue we had and the property was clean and comfortable.The layout was nice, with two rooms and a full bath on the first floor and the primary suite upstairs with a full bath (and with its own thermostat, I might add!)The pool was also really nice and we enjoyed our time there. A few things that could be improved is the kitchen cookware. The cookware was old nonstick TFal that was so severely scratched ‐ mostly the pans, the pots seemed to be ok. The plastic spatulas were also in bad shape, with plastic melted off.Beyond replacing those few kitchen items, it was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our time there.

The townhouse was nice. The a/c didn’t really dry out the house so everything felt damp but the temp. was comfortable. The house was clean and sanitized except for a few crumbs in the cabinet and refrigerator. Overall, my daughter and I were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and Quiet

No complaints on the unit location, comfort, bed comfort, air and heat controls and accuracy of the description. I would recommend some plumbing work. Kitchen faucet leaking a bit and shower pressure is not adequate. Nothing about that would ruin our visit, but those things need attention. Bedside lamps would be a plus as well. If those things are improved, we would stay again. Thank you!
