A lot of the staff were really friendly and helpful, unfortunately the Manageress lied to us about needing our room for maintenance due to flooding, the hotel had clearly overbooked. The alternative accommodation offered was of a very poor standard. No apologies were given.

Bad weather can't ruined an amazing hotel.

Amazing customer service from Claudette went out of her way to help us with every question we had. Credit to the hotel. In the restaurant the service was first class with Thérèse who was very welcoming.

The Rodrigues experience

The stay was enjoyable and the service good. The food was good and the personnel was friendly and helpful. However management has to sort out the waste water problem as soon as possible. Attention should be more on Rodrigues typical cuisine and products This is an asset which is being overlooked by Management

Quiet place, good value for money

Firstly, there was a mix up in the reservation, and supposedly I was booked in their system at the off island, isolated property that bears same name and is part of the hotel "chain". Literally it took 1 1/2 hours to sort this out, while all I could do is leave my stuff and wander around. The shop across the street is good for stocking up on snacks and drinks...but there is not much else around, which is why I gave location/surroundings a 2. The gift shop has some nice hand made bags, and the waiters at the restaurant are very attentive, and once they know you, can get certain things you like, for example chili sauce that is not on the breakfast 'spread'

Hotel agreable mais perfectible

Hotel agreable mais malhereusement le service est insuffisant voir tres insuffisant. Le petit dejeuner est tres leger et si vous arrivez tardivement ...... Le point le plus desagreable est l insonorisatiln des chambres tres mediocre. Si par malheur vous avez des voisins bruillant dur dd trouvez le sommeil.
