In the heart of Rione Colonna, a neighborhood quite close to the Tiber River and nestled in the historical center, the recently renovated Casa Torretta has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). In a refined and elegant atmosphere, enriched by beautifully decorated ceilings, the spacious living area has two sofas and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is right next to this area: basic but fully equipped, it is ideal for preparing quick snacks or elaborate meals. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. All in one washer&dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Maker are available for guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 10:30 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

Run down, in need of repairs, apartment located on a lovely street steps from ritzy Via de Condotti. The apartment IS NOT as pictured, so be advised that it is overpriced. Apartment is centrally located, steps from a mini-market, 2 blocks from Spagna Metro station so it is easy to get to most of the tourist sites.

Property is as listed. Excellent location. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfy. Could have used more washcloths but that’s definitely a personal preference.Kitchen was well appointed and the coffee basket was a nice gesture.Only negative was a fire extinguisher inspection - our front door was left unlocked & ajar (open) all day while we were out by whoever did the inspection. Luckily nothing was stolen but gave us quite the scare upon our return. Safety is important.

This was a perfect centrally located apartment. Walking distance to all the popular attractions. Quiet in the evening. There is a beautiful and delicious restaurant right outside the front door. We had a little trouble learning the door entry process but Flavio was there in 15 minutes and we had no trouble after that. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again!

Perfect place for our family of four- near everything!

We had a wonderful time in this adorable apartment. This was the first stop on our 3-week trip around Italy and it was perfect. We were so hungry when we arrived and found the best little panini shop around the corner. Its such a nice setting: quiet but definitely near the action. I loved that there were things like umbrellas and ice packs (We came in July so I actually put one in each of our bags to keep our phones and water bottles cool and functioning while we explored) and even tons of books in English. It made for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed the property very much. Very clean and the host explained things well when we checked in. Great location to all the tourist spots, good restaurants, etc. One thing to keep in mind is because of the location is fairly central it was noisy at night. We weren't bothered by the noise but did notice it.

Loved the location. Decor and vibe was very "Italian" and we loved it. The only draw back was some mosquitoes snuck into the apartment too. So at night we were bitten a few times. It would have been nice to have a mosquito zapper available. Also the written instructions for the key and front gate situation was not accurate. It said we should have 2 sets of 2 keys but it was just 1 key and entrance code. Luckily the host was very responsive to us and we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint apartment in great location

This was such a cute apartment with so much charm. It was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was right in the middle of everything. The furthest we had to walk was 15 minutes, but most things were 7-8 minute walk. The host was great! He communicated with us well in advance and was flexible when we had a travel glitch and arrived late. Highly recommend!

Great location, great space!

This is an excellent property. Close to absolutely everything that you might want to see as a tourist beyond that, though it’s a great location for restaurants for shopping. we thought that the unit itself was very spacious very clean, high ceilings. The host are very organized and very responsive, everything we needed was in the apartment. I would highly recommend this unit.
