AR Room Rome is located about 2km from the "Roma Tiburtina" station, from which you can easily reach the historic center of Rome and all the main Italian cities with high speed. The apartment is located a few steps from the large university area that extends from the historic San Lorenzo neighborhood to the lively Piazza Bologna. Young university students, both out of town and not, are the soul of this neighborhood and give it an unparalleled warmth and liveliness.
The property has a common room with a vending machine, a kitchen equipped with cutting-edge services and a large balcony. The "YELLOW" room can accommodate up to 2 guests and has all the basic services (free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating). From the room you can directly access the private balcony.

The apartment is equipped with a complete bedroom (1 double bed), a mini fridge, coat hangers, a complete private bathroom (all toiletries), a smart TV, a safe, sheets, towels, a kettle (coffee, tea etc.). The doors of the rooms are locked.
The kitchen is a shared space. The smoking area is located on the private balcony of the room or on the shared balcony of the kitchen.

Check-in is every day from 2:00 PM. The property has self check-in via Vikey. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Luggage storage is allowed. Sheets, towels and a hairdryer are provided. A private shuttle service from the airport is available for a fee.
