A TOTAL WASTE of my free night points.

I was extremely disappointed in this trip. I WASTED a free night from Hotels.com on this hotel. I specifically asked online AND on the telephone in advance about the shuttle from the airport. I was given erroneous information that cost me valuable time. DO NOT STAY at this hotel if you’re looking for a good place to sleep for a 13 hour layover. Find somewhere closer to the airport with better shuttle service and more accommodating and considerate staff.

I didnt like the bad view of old houses in my room close to my window.. the daily rate is very high relatively with the servics and rooms..rooms are old and not really luxurious comparing to almost 230 € per night in january .. if i come again, i would find another higher service and facilities hotel with the same rate ..room service is paid, spa services are paid , and i took a deluxe room which allow me to take better sevices.. Food choices in the buffet is limited .. naaa i wouldnt pay this amount again for the same facility.

Outstanding stay!! This was an absolutely beautiful resort with excellent customer service, great food options, lovely spa and transportation to the city center in Rome. This is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!!!

The staff called the cabs for you. Restaurants on site, spa, fitness center and easy access to the Center of Rome. We will stay at thus property again
