Casa da Maurizio is located in a historic building in Rome from the beginning of the 20th century. Very original, quiet and equipped with every comfort, overlooking a tiny street, it will be your starting point to visit the Eternal City.
The 80sqm apartment consists of a nice dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm width double beds with sofas and Smart Tv each one and 1 bathroom.
Air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating and one of the fastest free internet connections in Rome are available for our guests.

For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.
The furnishings have been carefully designed to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere with a typical touch of Italian elegance.

The apartment is located in a historic building from the beginning of the 20th century on the 1st floor. There is an elevator. To access the lift there are 7/8 steps.

Große Wohnung in sehr sehr sehr lauter Umgebung ohne Schallschutz

Die Wohnung ist angenehm geschnitten, hat jedoch nur einfache Fenster im ersten Stock zu einer Hauptverkehrstrasse mit rumpelnder / quitschender Strassenbahn. Somit ist man 5.30 Uhr munter - es sei denn man trägt Ohrstöpsel oder ist taub. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine - jedoch keine Trocknungsmöglichkeit - außer den Stühlen und den kurzen Heizkörpern. Für die Wohnung wird noch eine extra-Rom-Reisesteuer in bar (derzeit 6 /Person/Nacht) fällig versteckte Kosten !!
