The apartment is located in the Colosseum neighborhood, one of the oldest and most diverse districts in Rome, known for its vibrant markets, majestic churches, and rich cultural atmosphere. Just steps away lies the awe-inspiring Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum, as well as countless bars, restaurants, and bakeries that blend Roman tradition with international flavors.
Excellent transport connections (Termini Station and several metro/bus stops) make it easy to explore the entire city.

Parfait pour un séjour à Rome

Appartement confortable et bien situĂ©, prĂšs d'une station de mĂ©tro et d'un arrĂȘt du tram. À quelques pas de la place Vittorio-Emanuele, au coeur d'un quartier en pleine Ă©volution.Lors de notre sĂ©jour de deux semaines nous avons pu en faire notre chez-nous.

Un merveilleux séjour dans un appartement impeccable.

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, avec plein de petits restaurants et supermarchés pas loin. Il est trÚs propre, trÚs vaste et calme, le lit est confortable, la tv est un plus pour se reposer aprÚs le périple de la journée. L'arrivée a été trÚs facile et la communication a toujours été parfaite, depuis la réservation jusqu'au départ. Merci pour tout !Non loin de l'appartement il faut aller se promener dans le parc du Celio qui est merveilleux et aller admirer la mystérieuse porte magique de la piazza Vittore Emmanuele.

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans cet appartement au charme de l’ancien en plein cƓur du centre historique. Nous avons fait tout Rome Ă  pied de l’appartement (sauf le Vatican en mĂ©tro)! Notre hĂŽte Angelo Ă©tait trĂšs accueillant et arrangeant (il nous a apportĂ© ce qui manquait dans la cuisine et nous a rĂ©servĂ© le taxi pour l’aĂ©roport). Je recommande cette adresse.

TrÚs bien situé pour visiter Rome

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la localisation de l'appartement Ă  15 minutes Ă  pieds de la gare Tramini. Pratique pour arriver ou partir de la ville. Nous avons trouvĂ© une Ă©picerie trĂšs proche et un magnifique parc tout prĂšs. Appartement trĂšs bien, piĂšce spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©. TrĂšs bon lit. Wifi pourrait ĂȘtre plus performant. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©. Appartement trĂšs silencieux.

C'Ă©tait parfait, trĂšs calme et bien placĂ©. Grand et trĂšs confortable, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par l’hĂŽte bien disponible qui nous a donnĂ© beaucoup d'explications . Seule rĂ©serve , qui n'a pas gĂȘnĂ© pour notre court sĂ©jour : la cuisine est un peu sous-Ă©quipĂ©e, pour un sĂ©jour un peu long la gastronomie serait basique ; mais peut-ĂȘtre que l’hĂŽte pourrait alors fournir quelques casseroles et plats supplĂ©mentaires ?

The host was not attentive and managed the heater in the apartment from a phone app. We froze every night after texting him to warm it up. When you rent abroad pictures are also very deceiving . When we arrived the building is very cold off the beaten track from Rome and moldy. The bathroom was not easy to maneuver as the bathtub was very small narrow and you can easily slip. Also the VBRO description says a washer and dryer but the dryer we were told is outside 
 hang them out. Well that didn’t work. Being in Italy for a month you need to wash so we found a laundry mat and paid extra.

This property is quite nice, very large and updated and our hosts were great. I left my tablet when we checked out and the hosts worked very hard to try to get it back to me.We chose this location because it's within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. There are some good restaurants close by. We did however find the apartment not as advertised is some respects. The profile states there is a washer and dryer but there is only a washer and the dryer is a clothesline out a window. The tub/shower is very small, the automatic coffee maker did not work.Overall the property is good, just keep in mind you may want to ask specific questions prior to booking.

This is a lovely, clean apartment close to the metro and Rome termini train station. Check in was easy and the owner gave us personal instructions and was easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay!
