Right from the moment we walked in the front desk. Staff was very attentive very helpful very accommodating. The front lobby was very clean. We got in early so our room was not ready but within 30 minutes they had a room ready for us and upgraded us. They had our luggage brought to our room. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable housekeeping. Did a wonderful job throughout our entire 14 day stay. We chose half forward because it would be convenient for us and maybe a couple of dollars along the way. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a lot of choices. I would say the only downfall on a 14 day day. Was everything pretty much was the same as far as breakfast food went but you really didn’t get bored because it was a lot of choices and what was there was delicious and well cooked. As for dinner, the majority of our stay, we ate dinner in the restaurant. I do think that most of the time the choices were well. We will get to choose between two different appetizers, two different meal choices and two different desserts every night they did rotate those so it was wonderful once again. The food was magnificent and staff was great. I do wish they had more of a menu for dinner. I would have to say the weight staff themselves where the highlightof our time in the restaurant you have a magnificent weight staff I wish more of them were permanent . The last three days, The dinner buffet we were switched to was very disappointing. But overall, I would say and highly recommend

Overall I liked the hotel. The only problems I had with the room itself were the bed was quite hard (major), the shower edge was so high that it was difficult to get in and out (medium) and there were no Kleenex tissues provided (very minor). Having said that there were numerous positives to the room and the property. The other thing to know that isn't a flaw with the hotel but good info for travellers is that the hotel is somewhat isolated. It has aRome address but is on the outskirts, more suburban. Very little around in easy walking distance.

Overall a very basic hotel. We were unhappy with the service and lack of water replenishment during our stay. We had 2 small bottles in our room upon arrival and these were never replenished. We had to pay €4 for one bottle at the bar and no shops around. The towels were changed and beds made but there was very little cleaning outside of this. We had a tea cup and pot from the bar on the first night and it was still there when checking out 3 days later. The air con was also quite poor and the rooms really warm. Staff also not very enthusiastic and welcoming.

I like there was a pool on site. We were disappointing at the quality of servise. We had to ask for new bedding at the sheet only covered 2/3 of the mattress. We had to request staff to empy our bins too. The area directly outsude the hotel grounds were disgusting and very disappointing. We were unable to get a coffee before 0730 because we did not have breakfast. There are limited places to eat in the area without a car.

A total disappointment. Location is not convenient for arriving with luggage without a car. Subway is not close so you have to take a bus to get close to everywhere and the traffic in that area is heavy. So it took us almost an hour to arrive to the subway and it was supposed to be just like 15 -20 mins. The restaurant is open just in the mornings or at night. They just serve sandwiches during the whole day and my mom that has a lot of allergies and was feeling sick so she couldn’t eat from the bar. I brought her food from a restaurant outside after we did check out because we’re leaving today so she could eat something and they said that she couldn’t sit there, that she had to eat in her room or somewhere else outside the hotel because the food was not the sandwich from the bar. We explained we did check out and one of them said basically that they don’t care and we have to go somewhere else.

Good hotel but far fro center and Termini

The hotel is located far from the center of Rome. But the hotel is good - big, there is pool, good breakfast, restaurant for dinner. There is supermarket nearby. The pool is very clean and facilitated. No kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Staff are unpleasant, not averse to telling storie

The hotel is pretty average clean .It was fairly far out of Rome central which was a bit difficult The problem was with the reception staff-my group occupied 6 rooms and every one had issues. The staff is sullen,not friendly and rather than get to the solution for problems we have they prefer to disbelieve the customer rather offhandly.when shown up to be wrong a senior receptionist muttered an apology under her breath. Someone ordered a superior room and was told a lie that what he had WAS the better room. Once he showed that it was an untruth they again apologised. Better to stay somewhere else.

This hotel is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Its serene and tranquil environment offers the ideal setting to relax and unwind, far from the hustle and bustle of Rome’s busy city center. The cleanliness is truly top-notch, making the stay incredibly comfortable. During my visit, I relied on public transportation—which was very convenient. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from a bus stop, and I used both the metro and bus to get around Rome with ease. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the city, this hotel is definitely a great choice.
