Ibernesi Apartment - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

This apartment is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the historical center of Rome, a few steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building of three with elevator and is subdivided in two levels. From the entrance you will have access directly to the living room where you will be able to find a comfortable sofa convertible in a double bed, a dining area with a table which, once opened, can accommodate up to six guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.The first of two bedrooms is located on the main floor and is accessible from he living-room and features a king-size bed. Youll appreciate the en suite bathroom with a standing walk-in shower, sink, toilet, makeup mirror, and Italian-style bidet.
Ascend the staircase to the second level, and enter the charming second bedroom, with exposed wood beams and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has all the amenities, including shower, sink, toilet, Italian-style bidet, and mirror.
The apartment has been completely refurbished. Independent heating, air conditioned and television in every room and free WiFi internet connection; we will be happy to supply a baby cot on request.

If you are traveling with a large party, please note there is another Ibernesi apartment conveniently located in the same building. If rented together you can have access to a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
We will be happy to help you with your check in, in order to make it as smooth and pleasurable as possible, organizing your transfer the airport, or from the station to the apartment, providing different solutions for your luggage deposit, early checkins and late checkouts.

Bonne localisation, trÚs calme et agréable.

TrĂšs bon endroit pour visiter Rome, tout en se reposant le soir dans un secteur trĂšs calme. Cependant, l’appartement est plus petit que sur les photos, la mezzanine a un plafond trĂšs bas Ă  certains endroits et c’est difficile de ne pas s’y cogner la tĂȘte, puis le sofa-lit est assez usĂ©. MalgrĂ© cela, cette location demeure un trĂšs bon choix.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Rome. The location is amazing—just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and local markets all within easy walking distance. The area is lively and full of energy, but the apartment itself feels tucked away and private, which we loved.The layout worked perfectly for our family (parents with two boys and a girl). The one-bedroom unit has an additional loft space upstairs where our sons slept, and our daughter was comfortable on the pullout bed in the living room.A special shoutout to Alla, the property manager, who truly went above and beyond. Her communication was outstanding—she helped us check in early, brought extra towels, and even arranged our airport shuttle the night before departure. She made everything easy and stress-free.Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking to stay in a central, authentic part of Rome with top-notch support.

Spring Break in Rome

This apartment was great all the way around and the host was amazing taking care of everything we needed. This place was in the best location in my opinion with the colosseum just a quick walk. Great restaurants nearby as well. Stayed here with my family and kids 10/12 and they enjoyed it a lot. Another plus is the building has an elevator that will get you and your heavy luggage most of the way up to apartment making it a lot easier.Will book again on my next trip back Rome.

Perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our needs. The location could not have been better. It was clean and well appointed. It was unseasonably warm when we stayed so the upstairs loft was quite stuffy. The simple addition of a fan for air circulation would have helped immensely. Also upstairs the windows need better blinds to block the morning sun. My kids were up at 5 AM every day because of the blinding sun through those windows. New pillows on the bed would also be optimal. I’d recommend adding the washing machine to the list of amenities since it is a big plus to have there. Overall we loved it and would stay there again!

Although the sofa is looking a bit tired, the rest of this apartment is excellent. It is in such a good spot for exploring central Rome. The apartment is quirky - especially upstairs where you have to duck under the beams - but it is lovely and perfect for a short break.

In posizione invidiabile a due passi dai Fori, ma silenziosissimo . Adatto a 4 persone , anche se in realtĂ  si puĂČ dormire in 6. Il tetto basso nella seconda stanza Ăš un po' limitante, ma l'appartamento Ăš molto bello e luminoso. Unica pecca, a voler essere precisi e fastidiosi, l'assenza di tovagliette per la colazione e di stracci da cucina.

Could not ask for more

Very charming and great location. Perfect for 2 couples. We only stayed 2 nights but it's a great place to stay for any length of time. I was confused about a 28 € charge for taxes we had to pay when we got there. Why it wasn't on the initial bill? The beds were very comfortable. The loft upstairs was nice but you did have to be careful of the beams, especially at night for a potty run. The showers are a little small but worked well and provided good water pressure and temperatures. I highly recommend this place. If I were to come back I would not hesitate to book here without looking elsewhere.

Charming apartment in a great location.

The apartment was adorable and the locations was perfect. The Forum is right there! Coliseum is a 5 minute walk. The Hop on Hop off bus stop is at the Coliseum, very convenient. Trevi fountain and Spahish Steps were a 10- 15 minute walk Wonderful resturant called Mario's is located steps away, great food and service. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Showers are very tiny and some mold noted in the corners. The couch was quite worn and threadbare. We enjoyed our stay in Rome, the apartment was nice to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.

Walking distance to the coliseum and the Cavour metro station made getting around very easy. For those who like to walk, we also hoofed it to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Apartment was comfortable but showing some wear. For travelers who don't expect to be in the apartment that much it was just fine. Like most apartments in Italy, hanging things to dry is a challenge. There is a hanging rack available in the lower floor bath. Loved the espresso machine, nice touch. Beds were a little creaky and uncomfortable. Don't expect too much communication with owner until you are about to arrive. WhatsApp was helpful. I tried to give them an accurate ETA but we were late to meet Mr. Garcia. He was very nice and accommodating. I did not account for all the airport and travel delays.

We very much enjoyed the location of our stay. We could walk to everything! The room was clean and comfortable. We were a bit surprised at the amount of steps leading up to the apartment, but the elevator was helpful to get up one floor. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!!!!!

Very Nice!!

Quite surprised to have to pay when I got there for taxes and provide passport info. They wanted a credit card for file which I did not give. They seemed ok with it but just an odd ask. Place was nice as expected. Couch seemed worn out and shower needs a facelift.
