Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the resort 600 m from the centre of Rocca Di Papa, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), 25 km from the sea. Private: large garden 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, pond, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt water and shutter cover. WC in the pool area, pool house, patio, arbour (10 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 300 m. Nearby attractions: Roma 30 km, Castel Gandolfo 8 km, Frascati 10 km, Anzio 40 km, Lido di Ostia 40 km, Rainbow magic Land 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Albano 8 km, Lago di Nemi 11 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. (open staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 large room with panoramic window with 3 beds and air conditioning. Living room with TV and flat screen. Shower/WC. Heating. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
