From the balcony you can see the dome of St. Peter's, very impressive when lit up at night, you can enjoy the magnificent view while sipping an aperitif.



The flat consists of a beautiful living room with tastefully furnished kitchenette, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, HD TV, Wi Fi throughout, bathroom complete with shower and bidet and a beautiful bedroom with double bed.



The flat is very spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people.

CHILDREN can stay up to 2 and the cost of a COT (if available) is 15.

LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro.

STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In.

SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!

Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure.

At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers.
