Great visit, authentic location

Well, first download WhatsApp! Then talk to Maximus prior, he will meet you and give you a quick tour of the property. He is very accommodating and helpful. Also, the boiler once is heated can be maintained by turning it on and off to save energy. The showers are sc good and the water is hot. It’s all you need to allow some privacy within your group. Also, to get here take the A line to Valle Aurelia then take the FL3 toward Cesano, get off at Gemelli, and walk down Ladaria. This walk is a bit for your bags, so if your not fit, grab a cab. There is a great place to grab water, food and Gellato at Otre a restaurant on the main road by the station.
