We booked with Expedia and when we arrived in Rome the directions take you to an unmanned office across the street from the actual hotel Very confusing especially if you don’t speak Italian

The hotel is 5-10minutes from main train station. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to leave our cases before our room was ready. The hotel is small and on one floor of a building but there is a lift to the floor. Our room was lovely with everything we needed, complimentary wine and water, a fridge and hot tub in the room and sauna down the hall. The breakfast was brought to our room, toast, juice, pastries and fruit, very simple but good, tea or coffee. There is tea and coffee facilities in the hall 24 hrs I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Fantastico!

Beautiful interior and super friendly service. Breakfast served in the room was plentiful but the same every day. The only slight downside was that the hotel was a little difficult to find - a discrete name plate outside the door along with other hotels and apartments rather than a clear Hotel sign. Overall a fabulous stay in a great location for walking to attractions.

It was near the station and a 15 minute walk to all the site seeing. It was located in the middle so the location was perfect. Room and staff where lovely. I will be booking again next year xx
